Sales Development Representative (Loom Video Outreach)

We are looking for a confident and professional Sales Development Representative to create personalized Loom videos for small business owners and introduce them to our software and services.

This role is focused on video outreach, relationship building, and generating interest from potential customers. You will be provided with reports, training, scripts, and tools needed to succeed.

This is not a high-pressure sales role. Your primary responsibility is creating personalized video presentations, explaining simple report findings, and helping business owners understand opportunities to improve their online presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Record personalized 4-5 minute Loom videos for prospective clients
- Follow provided scripts while sounding natural and conversational
- Review simple business reports before recording videos
- Present findings clearly and professionally
- Explain products and services in an easy-to-understand way
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Schedule meetings and demos when appropriate
- Maintain accurate notes and outreach records
- Learn new products and services as they are introduced

REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent English speaking skills
- Clear, confident, and professional communication
- Comfortable appearing on camera for each Loom Video
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet workspace with minimal background noise
- Good webcam and microphone quality
