ONG Physical Therapy is a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic that specializes in helping athletes and active individuals overcome pain and injuries to return to doing the activities they love through delivering 1-on-1, performance-driven rehab. Our approach blends compassionate care, movement biomechanics, pain science, objective data testing, and personalized exercise programming to ensure clients overcome their movement limitations and reach their goals.

We're looking for a personable and detail-oriented sales development representative to help turn prospective inquiries into scheduled evaluations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust quickly, and helping prospective clients take the next step toward getting the care they need.

You will be responsible for contacting new leads, following up with interested prospects, conducting discovery calls with them, and converting them into scheduled evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Response & Follow Ups
- Respond promptly to new leads received from emails and phone calls
- Follow up consistently with leads who have not completed a discovery call
- Track all lead communication and follow-up activity in clinic's systems
- Maintain a professional, warm, and empathetic tone in all interactions
Sales & Patient Education
- Learn ONG Physical Therapy’s services, offers, packages, and client experience
- Educate prospective clients on how our one-on-one, personalized treatment can help solve their problem
- Explain the value of our evaluation process and personalized care approach
- Help prospective clients understand whether our clinic is a good fit for their goals
- Address common objections related to pricing, insurance, scheduling, and uncertainty about physical therapy

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in healthcare administration, sales, AND customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending follow-up texts/emails
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to follow a structured follow-up process
- Comfortable discussing pricing and overcoming objections
- Empathetic, professional, service-driven, and patient-centered
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Interest in health, fitness, physical therapy, sports, or wellness

Required Skills:
- Strong phone communication skills
- Excellent follow-up and organization
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable using scheduling EMR, excel, and communication tools
- Ability to track leads and document communication clearly
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced small business environment
