JOB OVERVIEW

We’re growing our team with a new Sales Development Representative (Lead Generation) who thrives on outreach, enjoys starting conversations, and knows how to turn curiosity into qualified opportunities.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients. Your focus will be on building pipeline, initiating outbound outreach, qualifying opportunities, and setting high-quality appointments for our Sales team.

What You’ll Do
* Research and build prospect lists
* Reach out through call and email
* Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
* Schedule discovery calls for the Sales team
* Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce)
* Follow up consistently and manage pipeline activity
* Partner with Sales and Marketing on outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in SDR, lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting
* Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
* Strong communication and organization skills
* CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)
* Coachable, proactive, and growth-minded
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
