JOB OVERVIEW

We are a performance-based marketing agency that helps high-ticket service businesses grow by delivering qualified leads and booked appointments using paid ads, AI-powered follow-up, and proven sales systems. Currently, we work with mostly home improvement companies offering high ticket services.

We’re scaling fast — and we’re looking for a hungry, driven, and coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Your job? Be the first line of contact with our inbound leads, build rapport, qualify them, and book appointments for our closers or client success team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Calling inbound leads within 15 minutes of opt-in
• Following a simple script to qualify leads and schedule appointments
• Explaining our offer clearly and answering basic questions
• Logging detailed notes and updating pipeline stages in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Rebooking no-shows and following up with warm leads
• Working closely with our sales and media teams to improve lead flow and conversion rates
• Marketing systems

Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
• Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, friendly)
• Ability to follow a script while sounding natural
• Comfortable making calls and handling objections
• Strong attention to detail with CRM usage and follow-up
• Reliable internet, quiet working environment, and a headset
• Self-motivated and coachable — willing to improve and grow fast
• GoHighLevel experience

Nice to Have (but not required):
• Familiarity with performance-based marketing or high-ticket services
• Background in home services, real estate, or local lead gen
