The Opportunity

We have a pipeline of warm leads — small business owners in the fishing and outdoor tourism industry who have already opted in to learn about our services and see our pricing. They raised their hand. They watched our video. They know who we are.

We need one reliable, motivated person to follow up with these leads, have genuine conversations, and guide interested prospects toward getting started.

This is not cold calling. This is warm outreach to people who already asked to hear from us.

What You'll Do
- Call, text, and email warm leads through our CRM system (training provided)
- Follow a proven outreach sequence and conversation guide
- Have friendly, honest conversations with small business owners in the US
- Book appointments or help leads get started directly
- Keep pipeline notes clean and updated in the CRM
- Participate in brief weekly check-ins with the team

What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English — you will be on the phone with Americans
- Previous outbound sales, SDR, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Self-motivated and reliable — you'll be working independently during US business hours
- Honest and straightforward — our clients are salt-of-the-earth small business owners and they will see through anything that feels like a sales pitch
- A genuine interest in fishing or outdoor sports is a real plus
- Familiarity with Go High Level CRM tools helpful but not required — we will train the right person
