FabBuilds ( ---------- ) is a boutique web development studio that builds high-converting websites and custom apps for coaches, creators, and real estate agents. We're founder-led, fast-moving, and obsessed with results. Our clients don't just get a website; they get a full growth asset built by developers who understand sales.

We're growing and need someone sharp to help us fill the pipeline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build prospect lists daily using ---------- targeting Lawyers, Therapists, service businesses, coaches, creators, and real estate agents
- Make 200 outbound cold calls per day using a provided script
- Send follow-up emails to prospects after each call using the provided email templates
- Take detailed notes
- Follow a structured follow-up sequence; no lead goes cold without at least 3 touches
- Book qualified discovery calls on the founder's calendar via Calendly
- Report daily on calls made, pickups, interested leads, and booked calls
- Communicate through our Slack Channel

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven cold calling experience — you must be comfortable on the phone, period
- Strong spoken and written English
- Experience using ---------- or similar prospecting tools (Hunter, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Highly organized — you track everything and let nothing fall through the cracks
- Self-motivated and consistent — 200 calls a day requires discipline, not just skill
- Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or SDR roles strongly preferred
- Familiarity with web design, coaching, or real estate industries is a plus

COMPENSATION
Base pay + performance bonus.

Weekly bonus based on clients signed: 3+ clients = $100, 6+ clients = $200, 9+ clients = $300. Resets weekly. No cap.
