JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S.-based construction company looking for a driven, organized Virtual Assistant to help us get on bid lists, support estimating, and track sales activity.

This role starts with outbound cold calling and follow-up and expands into estimating assistance, takeoffs, CRM management, and project tracking. The right person will grow with the company into a higher-level operations or sales support role.

If you are confident on the phone, comfortable with repetition, and enjoy structured work with clear goals, this position offers long-term stability and advancement.

???? Primary Responsibilities (Phase 1)
-Cold calling property managers, asset managers, and general contractors
-Introducing our company and requesting bid opportunities
-Collecting decision-maker contact information
-Logging calls, notes, and outcomes in CRM and tracking sheets
-Following up via phone and email

???? Secondary Responsibilities (Phase 2 – Training Provided)
-Assisting with estimating and quantity takeoffs
-Updating bid trackers and proposal logs
-Organizing plans, scopes, and documents
-Supporting pre-construction and sales workflows

? Requirements
-Clear, confident spoken English (non-negotiable)
-Comfortable with outbound cold calling
-Strong attention to detail and follow-through
-Ability to follow scripts and improve them over time
-Organized and consistent with data entry and tracking
-Stable internet, headset, and quiet calling environment
