About the Role:

Ebow Digital is a Dublin-based digital agency with over 25 years of experience working with brands across Ireland, the UK, and internationally. We're building out our outbound sales operation and need a sharp, organised Sales Development Assistant to work directly with our BD lead.
This is not a general admin role. You will be working on real outbound pipeline activity, helping us identify the right prospects, build targeted contact lists, track outreach progress, and support LinkedIn-based outreach. If you have experience in agency sales development and know your way around Sales Navigator and Apollo, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Researching and qualifying leads from outbound target lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Sourcing verified contact emails via Apollo
Maintaining accurate, organised records of all prospecting activity in Google Sheets
Flagging high-priority leads and helping prioritise outreach sequences
Supporting LinkedIn outreach activity, including eventual message sending on behalf of the BD lead
Keeping outbound data clean and up to date as campaigns evolve

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo (non-negotiable)
Strong Google Sheets skills, including keeping structured data clean and consistent
Background in agency outbound sales or lead generation for a B2B services business
Detail-oriented and proactive, able to work independently without constant check-ins
Clear written English, particularly for LinkedIn prospecting contexts
Available to overlap with US Eastern Time business hours

The Setup:

10 hours per week
4-week paid trial period, with strong potential to extend for the right person
Remote, fully async-friendly outside of brief weekly check-ins
Rate: $7 to $9/hour based on experience
