JOB OVERVIEW

Be part of a continuously growing e-commerce company. We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to manage our UK Shopify store. If you have a strong sales and customer service background, are knowledgeable about automotive parts, and have experience handling UK customers, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
• Manage sales, order processing, tracking, and returns.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch support.
• Update product listings and ensure accurate inventory.
• Assist with content updates and product descriptions.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in sales and customer service (e-commerce preferred)
• Knowledge of automotive parts (Shock Absorbers or HVAC-R)
• Familiarity with the UK market and customer expectations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus: Experience in Order fulfillment, Shopify, and Content writing

Other qualifications:
• No other jobs (partUpgrade to see actual info full-time) and can work during US PST time from Monday to Friday. Candidates who pass the training will be then moved to the UK shift.
