Sales & Customer Service

We are a residential cleaning company based in North Carolina, USA, and we have been serving Triangle-area families since 2016. We currently serve over 57 recurring residential clients and we are growing. We are hiring a full-time, remote Sales and Customer Service Representative to manage our residential clients and convert new leads into booked recurring services.
This is not a data entry job. This is not a passive support role. You will be the first voice a potential client hears, and you will be the ongoing relationship owner for our existing clients. What You Will Do
You will respond to all inbound residential leads and conduct discovery calls to understand what clients need. You will close recurring cleaning bookings, not one-time services. You will manage post-service check-ins with existing clients, handle rescheduling and service concerns, and work to keep our clients happy and retained. You will log all activity in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and submit daily and weekly reports to ownership. You will also request Google reviews from satisfied clients and support our referral program.

Your Schedule
This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST). You must be available and online during these hours. This means your working hours will be in the evening and nighttime in the Philippines. Please only apply if this schedule works for you.

What We Need From You
You need at least two years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations — service industry experience is preferred. You need a strong, clear phone voice. You need to be comfortable following up consistently without dropping the ball. You need experience using a CRM or similar platform. GoHighLevel experience is a big plus. You must have a dedicated home workspace, stable and fast internet, a reliable computer, and a headset. You must be available during US Eastern Time business hours.
