We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales & Customer Service Representative to support our growing cleaning company. You'll be the frontline of customer interaction — managing inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating technicians, and driving new business. Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers using our interaction protocol: listen, understand, solve, confirm, follow-up

Drive sales by promoting our services via cold calling and converting inquiries into bookings

Coordinate special cleaning requests, pricing questions, and scheduling adjustments

Handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and quick resolution

Manage technician communication and scheduling using Notion and CRM

Address quality concerns, delays, and issues with tact and clarity

Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM, Notion, and communication logs

Tools You’ll Use:

Notion (SOPs, documentation)

Slack (internal communication)

CRM (customer management)

RingCentral & OpenPhone (voice & text)

What We’re Looking For:

Background in customer service and/or sales

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Highly organized and self-motivated

Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools

Experience managing schedules or working with field teams is a plus
