Job Title:
Credit Repair Sales Representative
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Credit Repair Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in educating potential clients about our credit repair services, offering tailored solutions, and converting leads into loyal customers. This role combines excellent sales expertise, financial literacy, and a strong passion for helping clients achieve financial freedom.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Management
1. Generate Leads: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through phone calls,
2. Lead Conversion: Convert warm leads into paying customers by delivering persuasive consultations that build trust and highlight service value.
3. Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales.
4. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Client Consultations
5. Educate Clients: Provide a clear explanation of the credit repair process, services offered, and the benefits of choosing our company.
6. Assess Credit Reports: Understand and discuss credit report challenges (e.g., collections, late payments, inquiries) to identify the best solutions.
7. Tailor Solutions: Recommend customized service packages based on clients’ unique credit improvement needs.
Communication & Relationship Building
8. Client Relations: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
9. Customer Support: Address client questions or concerns regarding services, credit scores, or progress with professionalism and accuracy.
Documentation & Compliance
10. CRM Management: Log and track all sales activities, client interactions, and status updates in the CRM system.
11. Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations (e.g., CROA - Credit Repair Organizations Act) and company policies.
12. Documentation: Ensure all client contracts, payment agreements, and service plans are documented and properly signed.
Team Collaboration
13. Collaborate with the credit repair and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
14. Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, credit repair, or financial services (minimum 2 years preferred).
Sales Skills
• Strong ability to close sales and meet performance metrics.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
Technical Skills
• Familiarity with credit reporting systems, credit laws, and FICO scoring models.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads and sales pipelines.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
