Sales Closer and Lead Generation Expert (URGENT)

We’re seeking a Sales Closer and Lead Generation Expert. They are renowned for their innovative group coaching programs that cater to a diverse clientele seeking personal and professional growth. As they expand their reach, the client is keen on enhancing their sales team with a skilled professional who can effectively tap into new markets and maximise sales opportunities. This role is crucial in spearheading the growth phase of their low-ticket group coaching program, aimed at providing affordable, high-quality coaching to a broader audience.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Generate leads through LinkedIn and manage cold email campaigns using instantly.ai.
Identify and target potential clients interested in a low-ticket group coaching program.

Sales Closing:
Conduct calls to warm leads, selling them into a $50/week group coaching program.
Utilise provided scripts/frameworks and offer suggestions for improvement where applicable.
Make at least 20-30 dials per hour

Performance Bonuses:
Earn a $200 bonus from Level Up Outsourcing for achieving 50 sales in the first month.
Earn $400 AUD from the client upon reaching 100 sales.

High Ticket Sales Opportunity:
Opportunity to transition to high ticket sales with higher commissions based on successful performance.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in closing deals over the phone.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent English communication skills and confidence in phone conversations.
Self-managed, motivated, and driven to succeed.
Ability to provide a voice recording and, if possible, previous sales metrics and close rates.
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
