We build and sell Expert Advisors (EAs) on MT5 that help traders automate their strategies and grow their accounts and we're expanding our sales team to keep up with demand.

The Role
We're looking for a driven Sales Closer who can handle both warm inbound leads and self-sourced outbound prospects. You'll be talking to traders every day people who already understand the space, so your credibility and product knowledge matter just as much as your closing skills.

You won't be reading from a script. You'll be having real conversations, understanding where prospects are in their trading journey, and presenting our solutions with confidence.

What You'll Do
Handle inbound leads generated through our marketing channels and close them on discovery/sales calls
Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting
Manage your pipeline across multiple CRM systems, keeping everything clean and up to date
Follow up consistently and nurture leads that aren't ready to buy yet
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the team on objection handling, product feedback, and process improvements

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of personal trading experience, with hands-on knowledge of MT5
Solid understanding of forex markets, EAs, and automated trading concepts
Proven track record in sales, you can point to real results
Confident communicator, comfortable on video calls and in written follow-ups
Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline without being micromanaged
Experienced with CRM tools (we use multiple systems, adaptability is key)
Excellent written and spoken English

Compensation
Base salary: $900 USD/month
Commission: Percentage per deal closed (discussed in interview)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Location: 100% remote, work from anywhere
