Position Overview
Routes2Revenue is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales & Community Growth Specialist to support the expansion of our Government Contracting program hosted on Skool.

This role requires a unique combination of sales expertise, customer engagement, and platform knowledge. The ideal candidate knows how to drive conversions, engage a community, and create an environment that keeps members active and paying.

Key Responsibilities

Drive course enrollments and revenue growth for our Government Contracting program
Engage directly with leads, prospects, and current members
Convert inquiries into paid enrollments through messaging, calls, or platform interaction
Manage and actively engage within the Skool community (posts, comments, conversations)
Support onboarding of new members and guide them through the platform
Maintain high-level customer service and responsiveness
Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and user experience
Assist in developing strategies to grow and scale the community

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, closing, or program enrollment (high-ticket preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with Skool
Ability to manage and grow an online community
Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling online courses, coaching programs, or memberships
Familiarity with government contracting or business funding (highly preferred)
Experience working in Skool-based communities or similar platforms
Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
