JOB OVERVIEW

A growing boutique, healthcare marketing agency based in North New Jersey is seeking a sales & business development professional to join our team!

We specialize in developing personalized patient education, marketing, and attendee marketing solutions for pharmaceutical, med device, CME providers, and medical associations.

As a small company, you will play a vital role and have a big impact on our business. You'll be working with the entire team.
A successful candidate will play a fundamental role in growing the company’s sales and client base.

Responsibilities:

--Generating revenue and meeting sales targets by selling marketing services, patient education convention/booth traffic programs, and SaaS portals.
--Researching new clients
--Prospecting using LinkedIn lead and other lead-generation tools
--Developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and lead generation campaigns.
--Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations, and driving new business.
--Manage multiple accounts professionally and timely with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Experience selling B2B, selling healthcare, pharma, or med device clients is a big plus, but not required.

• Proven sales success
• Excellent verbal, oral, and written English communication skills.
• Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and latest web/app product knowledge
• Be able to understand clearly the client's business and requirements to be able to suggest IT concepts and approaches.
• Strong work ethic. You have to be self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to reach goals.
• Space at home to dedicate to productive home office, printer, etc.
• Comfortable with online lead gathering through LinkedIn and Jigsaw, making dozens of phone calls per day, booking meetings.
• Aptitude to learn our print-on-demand solutions and systems to a high level of professional and technical competence with extensive training.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite

* At least two (2) years of professional-related experience required. Will consider entry-level for exceptional candidates.
