? ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Sales Assistant to help manage and optimize DM conversations for our clients inside their fast-growing online businesses (coaching + digital products).

You’ll work directly with the business owner — not a huge team — which means your work will truly matter, and you’ll quickly become a key player in the company.

This role offers consistent work, stable pay, full support, and long-term growth for someone who is hungry, coachable, and ready to take action.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll handle a mix of sales-focused, admin, and support tasks, including:

DM Sales & Inbox Management

Responding to leads inside Instagram DMs

Following up effectively to close conversations

Collecting payments + sending checkout links

Managing hot, warm, and cold leads

Tracking & Reporting

Updating daily and weekly KPIs

Recording conversions, chat activity, and lead flow

Maintaining clean, organized inbox systems

Client & Community Support

Responding to basic client questions

Helping manage group chats/communities

Sending links, resources, and follow-up materials

Other Sales-Support Tasks

Anything that helps us increase conversions and sell more of our clients’ digital products

Strong written English (must be conversational + clear)

Good internet connection + reliable laptop

Familiar with tools like:

Google Drive

ManyChat (bonus, but not required)

Fast typing skills

Willingness to learn new software + systems

Ability to follow SOPs and meet deadlines

Full training is provided — you do NOT need past experience if you're hardworking and coachable.

$500 base monthly salary

+ 3% commission on every sale you close in the inbox

Realistic earnings: $1,000–$2,500/month
