Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Administrator with strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience in sales support, pricing management, inventory tracking, and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by maintaining accurate pricing, monitoring inventory levels, preparing reports, processing orders, and coordinating with customers and internal departments. Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Shopify, or similar marketplaces is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
* Maintain and update product pricing across multiple sales channels and e-commerce platforms
* Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and reorder status to ensure product availability
* Create and manage sales reports, inventory reports, pricing analysis, and forecasts using Microsoft Excel
* Process customer orders, purchase orders, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently
* Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and customer service teams regarding orders, shipments, and inventory concerns
* Upload and maintain product listings, SKUs, descriptions, and pricing on e-commerce portals
* Track sales performance and provide data analysis to management
* Assist in managing promotions, discounts, and pricing updates across different platforms
* Ensure product data and inventory information are accurate and updated at all times
* Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product availability
* Identify discrepancies in pricing, inventory, or sales records and resolve issues promptly
* Support month-end and year-end reporting requirements
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field preferred
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales administration, inventory management, or e-commerce support
* Strong background in sales operations and pricing management
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis
* Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Target, Wayfair, Shopify, Home Depot, Lowe’s, or similar portals
* Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with ERP systems or accounting software is a plus
