Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company’s sales target
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing and new clients
• Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
• Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
• Keep records of client transactions
• Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients to ensure consistent service
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
• Meet time deadlines for accounts
• Help customers through
• Prepares for the necessary reports and analysis needed by the company
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Advertising Sales, Communications, Public relations or related field
• 1+ years proven sales experience as an Account Manager, Associate Account Manager, Account Executive of any industry.
• Excellent sales skills, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
