Job Description:
We are a growing U.S.-based residential and commercial cleaning company looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to join our sales team.
This role is focused on covering phones, sales follow-up, customer communication, and recruiting support. You will be responsible for following up with potential customers who have requested quotes and helping convert them into booked jobs, as well as assisting with screening candidates for hire
We are specifically looking for someone who already has experience using Jobber and ---------- and can confidently work within the system.

Responsibilities:
• Back up phones
• Follow up with leads from our online instant quote system
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
• Help convert quotes into booked cleaning services
• Manage and update leads directly within Jobber
• Screen job applicants through Indeed
• Assist with scheduling phone interviews for candidates
• Keep communication clear, professional, and timely

Requirements (Mandatory):
• Strong spoken and written English (advanced level required)
• Must have prior experience using Jobber (this is required)
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with U.S. customers
• Confident, friendly, and professional communication style
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Experience in sales or customer follow-up
• Experience in a cleaning or home service company
• Experience supporting hiring or recruiting

Work Schedule (EST – New York Time):
• Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday varies

Compensation:
• $7–$9 per hour (depending on experience)
