Hi there — my name is Michael Saade, founder of Stay With The Saades. We are a short-term rental co-hosting company that specializes in creating unforgettable experiences for families traveling with their kids and pets, while helping property investors maximize the revenue potential of their portfolios.

We are growing, and I need a right hand. Someone I can trust to own their responsibilities, build systems where there aren't any, and show up ready to solve problems before I even know they exist. This is not a task-and-checklist role — it's a real partnership with real ownership.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Guest Operations & Issue Resolution
– Track guest-related charges and issues — damages, late checkouts, cleaning disputes, etc.
– Collect documentation (invoices, photos, vendor reports) and file Airbnb Resolution Center or insurance claims
– Maintain a running log of all reported i ---------- and their resolution status
– Coordinate early check-ins and late check-outs with the operations team
– Liaise between guests, vendors, and activity providers to fulfill requests
– Schedule and coordinate maintenance — including last-minute issues
– Track and manage cleaning schedules, maintenance requests, and reported issues through Breezeway

Listings & Administrative Support
– Update and manage listing details across platforms and our tech stack
– Handle administrative follow-up on listing-related tasks
– Keep systems, files, and documentation organized and up to date

Bookkeeping & Financial Admin
– Support day-to-day bookkeeping
– Build and maintain an expense tracking system
– Categorize receipts and verify invoice accuracy before anything goes out
– Create checks and balances for expense reporting
– Compile and file monthly tax details and reports

Systems & SOPs
– Build operational processes and SOPs from scratch as we scale
– Document workflows and create systems for consistency and accountability
– When submitting your application, include the title of your favorite book or system that has had the biggest impact on how you manage your schedule and stay organized
– Maintain and improve those systems over time

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

– Highly organized with strong time management — you build the structure, you don’t just follow it
– Self-starter who takes initiative and acts without waiting to be told
– Experience building SOPs, processes, and systems
– Bookkeeping or financial admin background
– Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
– Strong written and verbal English communication

– Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools
– Experience with Notion or a similar platform preferred
– Familiarity with any of the following is a strong plus: OwnerRez, PriceLabs, GoHighLevel (GHL), Breezeway, HostBuddy, Canva, Microsoft Office
– Background in short-term rentals, hospitality, or property management is a plus

REQUIREMENTS

– Reliable high-speed internet connection — you will be required to submit a speedtest.net result with your application
– Your own computer with a backup power and internet solution in case of outages
– A quiet, dedicated work environment
– This must be your only employment — we require your full dedication during working hours
– Availability Thursday through Monday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST (1 hour unpaid lunch)

– Full-time, fully remote position

– The initial employment term will be a 30-day trial period
