We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development and Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in cross-selling appointments for products/services mainly for Life Insurance and Financial Services to existing customers, filling out quote sheets and following up on leads. This challenging position requires an assertive individual who excels in fostering transparency, problem-solving, and healthy, lasting connections.
What we are looking for:
Proven ability to handle high outbound call volume consistently!
Clear English and Spanish with little to no accent (this matters for trust and conversion)
Must show initiative to continually improve in their performance.
Strong internet, fast computer, and high typing speed
Certifications of hitting quotas and earning performance bonuses
Mentally wired for outbound calling phone work
4 to 5 years of experience should be a long-term role, not something you’re “trying out”!
Pride in being great on the phone and motivated to break through metrics, not just clocking in hours
The right person can also help troubleshoot scripts and objection handling, not just follow them.
Compensation range:
$900 - $1000/month base for an experienced Customer Development and sales Representative with 4 to 5 years of experience.
Performance Bonuses layered on top as you progress through the six month Performance Evaluation Period
