Role Overiew
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Developer with strong experience in web development, system building, and performance optimization.

This is NOT an entry-level-role.
You will be directly responsible for building, maintaining, and improving systems that impact real revenue.

If you are slow, inconsistent, or need constant supervision - this role is not for you.

Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize our website (front-end & back-end)
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and automation systems
• Improve website speed, UX, and conversion performance
• Integrate APIs (payment gateways, shipping, analytics, etc.)
• Troubleshoot bugs and fix issues quickly and efficiently
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security

Requirements (STRICT)
• Proven experience as a Software Developer (2+ years minimum)
• Strong skills in:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
At least modern framework
Backend development
• Experience with eCommerce platforms
• Strong understand of:
APIs and integrations
Database management
Website performance optimization
• Can work independently with minimal supervision

Bonus (Not Required but Preferred)
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.)
• Experience working with content-heavy or viral brands
• UI/UX design sense
