We’re looking for a Client Service Representative to communicate with homeowners via SMS about their home improvement projects. Our clients are contractors across the U.S., specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling, pool construction, and more.

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to and manage homeowner inquiries via SMS
- Ensure timely, professional communication
- Coordinate with the team to make sure that conversations stay organized and continuously responded to.

Requirements:
- Fluent English with strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and follow up diligently
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Slack, and Upgrade to see actual info
