Terms of Employment:
Full Time - Flexible Schedule (Option for Day Shift, Split Shift, Part-time)
40 working hours, per week
Payment terms ($600-$800 monthly) Pay is Bi-weekly 15th and 1st of month

Responsibilities

SMM:Craft and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, schedule posts, monitor platforms, interact with followers, and analyze performance. Increase brand visibility.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality blog posts, articles, newsletters, and website content. Conduct research, write compelling copy, and optimize content for SEO. Provide valuable and engaging information to attract and retain readers.

Graphic Design: Capture and convey your brand message with visually appealing designs. For examples - logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, or presentations

Community Management & Engagement - Keeping community active and engaging with participants and members.

Administrative:Other administrative tasks as requested

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related role
Reliable and fast internet connection (include a screenshot of your Speedtest.net scores in your application)
Quiet and professional workspace
Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement

Recommended Skills
Proficiency in Canva, FaceBook Business Manager
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Notion
Experience with AI Tools - Chat GPT, MidJourney
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional customer service skills
