Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

Research, acquire, and optimize high-quality backlinks to boost domain authority.
Manage existing backlinks, fixing broken links and evaluating their performance.
Develop strategic link-building campaigns using guest blogging, directory submissions, and more.
Monitor backlink impact, adjusting tactics to drive rankings and traffic.
???? On-Page SEO Optimization

Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform content strategies and site improvements.
Optimize meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures.
Collaborate with developers and content teams to embed SEO best practices from the start.
Audit the website regularly for technical SEO health and user experience improvements.
???? Strategic Integration

Align SEO efforts with overarching marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership.
Stay current on the latest trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

Proven SEO experience with measurable results in both link-building and on-page SEO.
Proficient in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for outreach and relationship building.
Analytical mindset for interpreting SEO metrics and refining strategies.
Knowledge of the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
