Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve ranking and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for a targeted audience (U.S. & Canadian buyers) using proven tools.
Write SEO optimized blog articles.
Build and manage a portfolio of high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
Conduct backlink audits to identify and disavow harmful links.
Monitor website analytics and provide monthly performance reports.
Perform regular updates and maintenance for our WordPress website.
Optimize website speed, usability, and mobile responsiveness.
Manage and integrate IDX features for seamless property searches.

Requirements:
Proven experience in WordPress development and maintenance.
Highly skilled in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Demonstrated success in backlink management and outreach.
Familiarity with IDX plugins and Flex MLS integration.
Ability to conduct competitor analysis and develop backlink strategies for a niche market.
Knowledgeable of Google My Business (GMB) optimization
Experience working with real estate websites a bonus.
