SEO, WordPress Website Editor & AI Content Creator Wanted

I am looking for an SEO-focused WordPress website editor and AI content creator to help improve and grow the existing website for a local Perth architecture, drafting and building design business.

The website already ranks well, but I need someone who can help update the existing content, improve SEO pages, create new service pages, and use AI properly to speed up high-quality content creation.

This is not just a basic blog writing job. I need someone who understands SEO, WordPress, content structure, internal linking, headings, meta descriptions, schema, and conversion-focused website copy.

The role will include:

Updating existing website content to make it clearer, stronger and better for SEO
Rewriting service pages so they are more useful and conversion-focused
Improving page titles, meta descriptions, H1s, H2s and internal linking
Helping fix basic WordPress SEO issues
Adding or helping set up FAQ schema, LocalBusiness schema and Service schema
Improving CTAs across the site
Updating image alt text and basic on-page SEO
Creating new SEO landing pages based on keyword research
Using AI tools to draft content, but editing it properly so it sounds natural and accurate
Researching competitors and improving pages based on what is ranking
Creating a simple content plan and helping execute it

Some of the first tasks will include:

Refreshing the main draftsman service page
Improving the homepage heading, meta description and CTA wording
Creating or improving pages for granny flat plans, three-storey house plans, two-storey extensions, carport plans, attic conversion plans, shed plans and garage plans
Creating owner-builder information articles
Creating Perth council rule guides for planning, setbacks, patios, fences, carports and approvals
Improving existing suburb landing pages
Adding FAQ sections and schema to key service pages

You should have experience with:

WordPress editing
On-page SEO
SEO content writing
AI content tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
Editing AI content so it does not sound generic
Keyword research
Basic technical SEO
Internal linking
Service business websites


Experience with architecture, drafting, construction, real estate, home renovation or local service businesses would also be a bonus.
