About Yum Street

Yum Street is a fast-growing catering and events business providing:

Corporate catering
Wedding catering
Private events
Festival catering
Mobile food units
Sporting venue catering
Venue partnerships

We are not looking for a basic SEO assistant.

We are looking for someone who can help turn our website into our number one salesperson.

Our goal is simple:

More enquiries. More quote requests. More bookings. More revenue.

- Not vanity traffic.
- Not keyword reports with no commercial impact.
- Not blogs for the sake of blogs.

The Role

We are hiring a full-time SEO & Website Growth Manager to take ownership of Yum Street’s organic growth.

You will be responsible for improving our visibility on Google, Google Business Profile, local search, AI search and our website but the real measure of success is whether your work creates more qualified enquiries.

This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO, but also thinks like a growth marketer.

You must be able to look at a website and ask:

“How do we turn more visitors into enquiries?”

Monthly performance reporting
WordPress updates and implementation
What We Do NOT Want

We need someone who understands that SEO is only valuable if it helps generate enquiries and bookings.

What Great Looks Like

The right person will understand how to create pages and systems around searches such as:

Wedding catering Southampton
Wedding catering Hampshire
Corporate catering Southampton
Corporate catering Hampshire
Event catering Hampshire
Food truck hire London
Street food catering for events
Mobile catering for corporate events

You should understand customer intent, landing pages, trust signals, calls to action, quote forms, reviews, case studies and the journey from Google search to enquiry.

Strong experience with some or all of the following is preferred:

Google Search Console
Google Analytics / GA4
Google Business Profile
SEMrush / Ahrefs / SE Ranking
Screaming Frog
Looker Studio
Rank tracking tools
Local SEO tools
ChatGPT / AI search tools
Basic HTML / CSS
Conversion tracking
CRM or automation tools such as GoHighLevel
Working Hours

This is a full-time role. 40 hours per week

You must be available to work agreed UK working hours. We use time tracking and daily reporting. This is non-negotiable.
