SEO / Website Content Manager (Contractor Marketing)

Blueprint Web LLC is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency that helps contractors and builders grow their businesses through high-converting websites, SEO, and automation. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented SEO / Website Content Manager to help manage, update, and optimize client websites as we scale.

Detailed responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Publishing and updating SEO-focused website content for contractor and home service businesses
Managing on-page SEO tasks (meta titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, content formatting)
Updating and maintaining websites built primarily in Duda
Coordinating content and workflows using GoHighLevel and Google tools
Performing basic SEO research and content optimization with guidance and SOPs

Required technical skills and experience:
To qualify for this position, you will need experience with at least the following:
Website content management and on-page SEO fundamentals
CMS experience (Duda preferred; WordPress experience acceptable)
Strong written English and ability to follow SEO and content guidelines precisely

Soft skills (3–5 items)

Able to follow instructions and SOPs closely
Comfortable asking questions instead of guessing
Willing to learn and improve over time

Basic skills
In addition to strong English skills, you should be comfortable using or learning:
Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
Google Search for research

Email and chat communication tools
Project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, or similar)
AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude (training provided)

Desired technical skills and experience (optional)
These are not required, but will help you grow faster in this role:
Local SEO experience for service-based businesses
Familiarity with GoHighLevel
Basic understanding of contractor or home service industries

Work schedule and holidays
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
Work schedule will be agreed upon in advance.
You will receive:
5 paid personal leave days per year (accrued monthly, available after onboarding)
6 paid Philippine holidays per year:
New Year’s Day
Good Friday
Labor Day
Independence Day
All Saints’ Day
Christmas Day

Salary
$4.00 USD per hour to start
Automatic increase to $4.50 USD per hour after a 90-day onboarding and calibration period
Weekly pay, paid in USD
