Role Summary: We’re seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented SEO Virtual Assistant who’s ready to go “above and beyond” to drive sustainable organic growth. We appreciate top talent and are willing to invest more in individuals who demonstrate exceptional skill, commitment, and results. You’ll work on a monthly retainer, with the potential for increased compensation as the company scales. Whether you’re entry-level or already experienced, we welcome individuals eager to learn, innovate, and excel in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research & Analysis: Identify high-potential keywords, analyze competitors, and discover content gaps.
On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal links for improved search visibility and user experience.
Technical SEO Support: Assist with audits, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers to implement best practices.
Product uploads: Upload and edit product descriptions for E-commerce clients
Content: Upload and edit key pages / blogs through AI content (You will be provided with a tool to do this).
SOP Creation: Develop, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to streamline SEO workflows.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor rankings, traffic, and site health using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SemRush or Agency Dashboard
Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure all digital assets align with SEO strategies.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and tools to keep our strategies at the cutting edge.

Emails: Respond to emails

Qualifications:

Basic to advanced understanding of SEO principles (on-page, off-page, and technical).
Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
(Preferred) Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
(Preferred) Previous link-building and outreach experience.
