We're seeking a full-time SEO Specialist with a strong background in technical SEO. This role is perfect for someone who thinks like an investor and is familiar with the nuances of foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, and tax-defaulted property auctions.

Key Details:

Type of Work: Full-time with a clear path to pay increases based on performance and company growth.
Hours per Week: 30 hours plus.

Your role involves:
Ongoing keyword research and expansion.
Enhancing our digital presence across platforms for key SEO terms.
Optimizing our YouTube, blogs, and website for both SEO and conversion.
Implementing, testing, and tweaking SEO strategies for continued success.
Regular reporting on your initiatives and their outcomes.

Requirements:
SEMrush certification and expertise or other well-known SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, aHrefs and SEOsurfer.
Strong English communication skills and reliable internet for ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings.
A blend of technical skill, creativity, and a quick execution mindset.
Comfortable with data management and reporting in spreadsheets.
Okay with working during USA business hours and sharing your screen when working.
