Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for optimizing websites, increasing organic traffic, and implementing data-backed SEO strategies, this role is for you! The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and refining SEO strategies to enhance search rankings, boost online visibility, and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & Execute SEO Strategies – Create and implement data-driven SEO campaigns to improve website performance and search engine rankings.

Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis – Identify high-performing keywords and analyze competitors to uncover new ranking opportunities.

On-Page Optimization – Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, URL structures, and internal linking to enhance search visibility.

Technical SEO Audits – Conduct website audits to identify and fix crawl errors, indexation issues, page speed problems, and mobile usability concerns.

Content Optimization & Strategy – Work with content creators to optimize existing content and develop new, SEO-friendly content strategies.

Backlink & Off-Page SEO Management – Build and execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority and site credibility.

SEO Performance Tracking & Reporting – Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz to monitor website performance and generate reports with actionable insights.

Algorithm Updates & Industry Trends – Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, industry best practices, and emerging SEO trends to ensure strategies remain effective.

Collaboration & Cross-Team Coordination – Work closely with developers, designers, and content teams to implement technical and content-related SEO improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or Digital Marketing Specialist focused on search engine optimization.
-Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
-Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
-Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO implementation.
-Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Magento, or similar).
-Knowledge of local SEO and Google My Business optimization (preferred).
-Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
-Experience with structured data (schema markup) to enhance search engine visibility.
-Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) best practices.
-Experience running SEO-focused A/B testing for content and website changes.
-Basic knowledge of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and how it complements SEO strategies.
-Answer Engine Optimization - optimizing content for answer engine like Google’s Featured Snippets, voice search results (Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant), and AI-driven search tools like Perplexity and ChatGPT.
