JOB OVERVIEW

As a SEO Specialist, you won't just be executing tasks—you'll be a strategic partner. You’ll have a crucial role in shaping our overall marketing approach and helping both brands achieve their ambitious growth targets. This is a chance to leave a lasting impact on two growing businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with each brand's business objectives, encompassing both on-page and off-page optimization.
• Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.
• Technical SEO Audits: Perform thorough technical SEO audits to identify and address website architecture issues, improve site speed, and enhance mobile-friendliness.
• Content Optimization: Work closely with content creators to ensure all content is optimized for search engines, user engagement, and readability.
• Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide regular reports on SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement and future opportunities.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices across all aspects of the business.
Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and link building.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Experience in both B2B and/or SaaS SEO is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
