We're not looking for someone to manage agencies, write lengthy marketing plans or spend their days in meetings.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building, testing and improving.
SEO will be the biggest part of your role. We believe organic search is one of our greatest growth opportunities, and we're looking for someone who can help us become the leading authority in fundraising software.
You'll own our organic growth strategy, improve our website, create outstanding content and help convert more visitors into customers.

# What You'll Be Doing
## SEO
You'll take ownership of GalaBid's SEO strategy across multiple countries.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Keyword research and content planning
* Building topic clusters around fundraising, auctions, ticketing and donations
* Creating and optimising landing pages
* Improving existing content
* Monitoring rankings and competitors
* Identifying opportunities through Google Search Console and SEMrush
* Working with developers to improve technical SEO where required

## Content Marketing
Create content that attracts qualified visitors and helps customers solve real problems.
This includes:
* Blog articles
* Landing pages
* Comparison pages
* Product pages
* Customer success stories
* Downloadable guides and resources
* Regional content for different countries
We're an AI-first business, so you'll be expected to use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity to improve both quality and productivity.

## Website & Conversion Optimisation
Our website is one of our most important sales tools.
You'll continually improve:
* Homepage messaging
* Landing pages
* Calls to action
* User journeys
* Website conversion rates
* Demo booking flow
* A/B testing
Working in Webflow, you'll regularly publish new content and improve existing pages.

You'll build simple dashboards and recommend improvements based on performance.

* SEO strategy and execution
* Content marketing
* Writing excellent English
* Webflow or another modern CMS
* Google Search Console

* Conversion rate optimisation
* Using data to make commercial decisions
Experience in SaaS, fundraising, event technology or B2B software would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
