SEO Manager / Associate SEO Lead (Remote – Philippines)

Location: 100% Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Standard Time
Employment Type: Independent Contractor, Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Rocket Clicks is looking for an experienced SEO professional with strong technical SEO expertise and AI workflow experience. This is a senior execution role responsible for technical SEO, content optimization, quality assurance, mentoring SEO Specialists, and improving AI-assisted SEO processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Conduct advanced technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicalization, etc.)
-Diagnose ranking drops, traffic losses, and technical SEO issues
-Perform crawl analysis using tools like Screaming Frog and log file analysis
-Lead local SEO optimization, including Google Business Profile management
-Create and review SEO content briefs, internal linking strategies, and content structure
-Build and improve AI-powered SEO workflows and SOPs
-Monitor SEO performance and identify growth opportunities
-Review SEO deliverables for quality and accuracy
-Mentor junior SEO Specialists and serve as a technical resource for the team

REQUIREMENTS:
-4 to 7 years of SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
-Strong technical SEO background
-Experience with:
--Google Search Console
--Google Analytics 4
--Screaming Frog
--Ahrefs / SEMrush
--Google Business Profile
--WordPress or similar CMS
-Ability to read and understand HTML and website structure
-Experience building and using AI workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, prompt engineering, automation)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Experience mentoring or reviewing other SEO tea ---------- mbers is a plus
-Experience in local SEO, legal marketing, or service-based businesses is preferred
