SEO Manager

Requirements:
• Proven experience in SEO and website optimization (no beginners)
• Strong knowledge of backlinking strategies
• Ability to rank websites and Google Business Profiles locally
• Experience coordinating with web developers
• Skilled at creating and optimizing website content
• Track record of increasing online visibility for service-based businesses

Compensation & Benefits:
• $375/month starting pay
• After 90-day probation: pay increases to $450/month (with potential for growth)
• 5 paid sick days per year
• 5 paid time off (PTO) days per year
• 13th-month pay after 1 year of employment
