About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering organic results for our clients through effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SEO fundamentals, local SEO, technical SEO techniques, and content strategy. We value individuals who are committed to continuously improving their skills and are proactive in achieving SEO objectives.

What you'll be doing:
Collaborate closely with the client servicing team to develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with client goals
Monitor and measure SEO success through analytics data and provide insights to drive SEO decisions
Ensure compliance with best practices in website architecture and optimization
Manage end-to-end SEO projects, including website setup, strategy development, execution, and reporting on results
Work collaboratively with Account Managers and Project Managers on client campaigns
Create dashboards and reports to track overall SEO performance and project-based initiatives
Stay up to date on industry trends and communicate risks and opportunities to the internal team
Generate detailed monthly progress reports and conduct competitive analysis to surpass competitors
Develop and maintain SOPs and checklists to standardize work processes for scalability
Manage SEO-related assets, tools, and platforms such as Google Business Profiles, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.

Who are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years of successful experience in developing and executing Local SEO campaigns
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Passionate about marketing, constantly seeking knowledge and improvement in the field
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
In-depth understanding of Local SEO, technical SEO, and search engine ranking factors
Proficient in tools/platforms like Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console
Proven track record of measurable SEO results
Strong knowledge of Local SEO within the USA and familiarity with Google Business Profiles (GBP)
