SEO / Link Building Specialist (Full-Time | Remote)

FDA Registration Assistance is looking for a highly skilled and results-driven SEO / Link Building Specialist to join our growing team.

We are a U.S.-based FDA compliance consulting firm that helps companies worldwide navigate FDA registrations, compliance, imports, labeling, and regulatory requirements. We serve clients in 135+ countries and are continuing to aggressively grow our online presence.

We are seeking someone with strong experience in off-page SEO, authority building, outreach, backlink acquisition, and organic search growth.

This is a long-term position for someone who understands modern SEO strategies and can execute consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute link building strategies to improve domain authority and keyword rankings
• Prospect high-quality backlink opportunities relevant to our industry
• Conduct manual outreach to websites, bloggers, journalists, publications, directories, and industry partners
• Secure guest posts, niche edits, HARO/digital PR placements, citations, and authority backlinks
• Perform competitor backlink analysis and identify new opportunities
• Build white-hat, high-quality backlinks only (no spam tactics)
• Monitor backlink profile health and identify toxic links when needed
• Research SEO opportunities for new content and topical authority growth
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and SEO performance
• Assist with technical SEO recommendations when applicable
• Work closely with our content and marketing team to support overall SEO strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in SEO and link building
• Proven track record improving organic rankings and acquiring quality backlinks
• Strong understanding of modern SEO best practices and Google guidelines
• Experience with outreach campaigns and relationship building
• Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SurferSEO, or similar tools
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented
• Able to work independently and hit KPI targets

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with U.S. businesses or agencies
• Experience in legal, healthcare, consulting, regulatory, B2B, or compliance industries is a plus
• Understanding of topical authority, entity SEO, EEAT, and modern search optimization strategies
• Digital PR experience is a major plus
