SEO & Google PPC Manager

Since 2008, we've helped clients redefine success online through smarter strategies and unmatched digital marketing service. Now, we're looking for a seasoned SEO & PPC Manager to lead campaign strategy, optimization, and execution across search engines—both organic and paid.

This is a remote, full-time position ideal for candidates in the Philippines with strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and a passion for performance marketing.

Role Summary:
You’ll manage and grow multiple SEO and PPC accounts across a diverse set of clients. From technical audits and keyword research to campaign buildouts, A/B testing, and client reporting—you’ll own the strategy and execution end-to-end. You'll also lead a team of contractors and collaborate with developers, designers, and writers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

--SEO--
Perform technical audits, content analysis, and backlink reviews
Optimize on-page elements: metadata, headers, schema, internal linking
Conduct keyword research and competitor gap analysis
Collaborate with writers and designers on SEO-driven content
Monitor algorithm updates and apply technical and content best practices
Build SEO SOPs and processes to scale the program

-- Google PPC --
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
Set up conversion tracking, audiences, retargeting, and A/B ad testing
Optimize for Quality Score, Ad Rank, CTR, and cost-per-lead (CPL)
Manage budgets, bids, ad groups, extensions, and negative keywords
Analyze performance and refine campaigns to improve ROI

-- Reporting & Strategy --
Present monthly reports and insights to clients
Use GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads Manager
Build testing plans and continuously improve search performance
Mentor contractors and help scale team capability

Requirements:
7+ years of combined SEO and PPC experience (agency background preferred)
Strong portfolio of successful campaigns (please include links)
Expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Knowledge of conversion tracking, CRO, and campaign optimization
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Organized, proactive, analytical, and a natural problem-solver
Experience managing freelancers or remote teams is a plus
