About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented SEO Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll conduct in-depth website audits and analysis for our clients while working closely with our Account Executives to deliver actionable insights and support client engagements. You'll be the analytical backbone behind our outreach and link building services, ensuring every recommendation is backed by data.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive website audits covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, content gaps, and backlink profiles.
Analyze client and prospect websites to identify opportunities for improvement in search rankings, domain authority, and organic traffic.
Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations that Account Executives can use during client calls and pitches.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and competitor performance on an ongoing basis.
Conduct competitor and industry analysis to benchmark client websites against top performers in their niche.
Evaluate backlink profiles using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz to identify link quality, toxic links, and link building opportunities.
Support AEs with pre-call research — preparing website snapshots, quick-win recommendations, and talking points before client or prospect meetings.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including DA/DR improvements, ranking changes, and traffic growth.
Stay current with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and emerging trends in search.
Collaborate with the content and outreach teams to align SEO strategy with link building and content efforts.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO analysis or a related digital marketing role.
Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals — crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) for traffic and behavior analysis.
Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Familiarity with outreach and link building workflows.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how websites are structured.
Experience with reporting/dashboard tools like Google Looker Studio or similar.
Prior experience supporting sales or account management teams.
What You'll Get
Opportunity to work across a diverse set of client websites and industries.
Direct collaboration with Account Executives — see the real-world impact of your analysis on client wins and retention.
Room to grow into a senior SEO or client strategy role.
A team that values data-driven decisions and continuous learning.
