SEO & AI Optimisation Specialist (B2B Lead Generation) – Remote

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who knows how to turn content into inbound B2B leads — not just traffic.

At Alphabond Technologies, we want to massively increase our UK visibility using the Marcus Sheridan “They Ask, You Answer” (TAYA) approach, combined with modern AI search optimisation.

This role is focused on growing:

Organic traffic
AI search visibility
Whitepaper downloads
High-quality inbound leads
What You’ll Do
Optimise our Lovable-built website for SEO and AI discoverability
Improve rankings for high-intent UK B2B keywords
Structure blogs and whitepapers to generate inbound enquiries
Optimise for Google, AI search tools, and answer engines
Improve technical SEO, metadata, schema, and internal linking
Build measurable lead-generation SEO strategies
What Success Looks Like

You will be measured on:

Significant growth in relevant website visitors
Increased inbound leads from organic search and content
Improved rankings and AI visibility
More whitepaper downloads and enquiries
Requirements
Proven B2B SEO experience
Strong understanding of lead-generation SEO
Experience optimising websites for AI search and answer engines
Data-driven and highly analytical
Strong English communication skills

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, or technical B2B sectors is a major advantage.
