We are looking for a highly skilled Short-Form Video Editor with strong Adobe After Effects experience to join our team.

This role is focused exclusively on creating high-performing content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. We are looking for someone who understands modern editing styles, audience retention, motion graphics, and can consistently execute feedback.

Requirements

*2–5 years of professional video editing experience
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
* Experience creating retention-focused short-form content
* Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, storytelling, and viewer psychology
* Experience with motion graphics, animated captions, visual effects, and custom transitions
* Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Responsibilities

* Edit short-form content (30–90 seconds)
* Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects
* Design animated captions and text overlays
* Add sound effects, music, and transitions
* Implement feedback and revisions accurately
* Deliver polished content optimized for social media platforms

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who only knows basic cuts and captions.

We are looking for an editor who is highly skilled in After Effects and can create visually engaging content through motion graphics, advanced animations, custom transitions, and creative storytelling.

Equally important is the ability to execute feedback efficiently. A great editor is not only creative but can also adapt and implement revisions accurately.
