APPOINTMENT SETTER / SENIOR APPOINTMENT SETTER
Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Appointment Setters and Senior Appointment Setters to join our growing team. This role is focused on outbound B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment booking with decision-makers.
We provide leads, but top performers are expected to proactively source and generate their own leads as a backup to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
This position is ideal for professionals who have experience working within the sports website industry, digital marketing services, outsourcing services, virtual staffing, or similar B2B industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls,
• Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Generate and maintain your own prospect lists as a backup to company-provided leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
• Send appointment reminders and confirmations
• Follow up with interested prospects until a meeting is booked
• Meet appointment-setting KPIs and performance goals
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of appointment setting or outbound sales experience
• Strong B2B sales and prospecting experience
• Experience handling clients within one or more of the following industries:
* Sports websites / sports marketing
* Digital marketing services
* Virtual staffing
* Business outsourcing services
• Proven experience generating your own leads through LinkedIn, online research, databases, or other prospecting methods
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
• Reliable internet connection with backup internet option
• Quiet and professional work environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
• GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
• Lead generation and prospecting experience
• Senior appointment setting experience
