We are looking for a skilled SEMrush Expert to help strengthen our online visibility, improve SEO performance, and drive qualified traffic through strategic search engine optimization initiatives.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SEMrush SEO Specialist who can manage and optimize our SEO strategy using SEMrush and other digital marketing tools. The ideal candidate understands keyword research, technical SEO, competitor analysis, backlink strategies, and content optimization.
This role will work closely with our marketing team to improve rankings, increase organic traffic, and support lead generation for both healthcare agencies and therapist recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities
? Conduct comprehensive keyword research using SEMrush
? Perform competitor and market analysis
? Audit websites for technical SEO issues
? Monitor and improve domain authority and backlink profiles
? Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for SEO
? Track keyword rankings and generate SEO performance reports
? Identify opportunities for content growth and organic traffic
? Develop on-page and off-page SEO strategies
? Assist with local SEO optimization
? Collaborate with content and marketing teams on SEO-friendly campaigns
? Monitor Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush data
? Recommend SEO improvements based on performance metrics

Qualifications
? Proven experience using SEMrush professionally
? Strong understanding of SEO best practices
? Experience with technical SEO audits
? Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
? Experience with backlink analysis and link-building strategies
? Familiarity with WordPress SEO optimization
? Strong analytical and reporting skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
? Experience in healthcare, staffing, or home health industries
? Familiarity with local SEO for multi-location businesses
? Experience creating SEO strategies for lead generation
