### Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly motivated **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to help fuel our growth. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, setting up meetings for our sales team, and helping drive our pipeline. You’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and will have the opportunity to grow within the company.

### Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for Account Executives.
- Research target industries, personas, and companies to identify potential customers.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track interactions and update lead status.
- Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads.

### Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-related industries.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with outbound sales tactics, including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
- Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a drive to hit targets.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Prior experience in AI, SaaS, or tech-related sales is a plus.
