What You'll Do
As an SDR Trainee, your primary responsibility will be generating qualified appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities Include:
Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
Introduce prospects to Full Force Ads and our marketing solutions
Identify potential opportunities and qualify prospects
Schedule discovery calls for our senior sales team
Follow up with prospects through phone,
Accurately document conversations and activities in our CRM
Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching sessions
Consistently work toward daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of inbound or outbound call center experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Professional phone presence
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Comfortable using computers and web-based software
Available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT)
Authorized and able to work remotely
No B2B Sales Experience Required
If you've worked in customer service, collections, appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or a call center environment, we'll teach you the B2B sales skills needed to succeed.
