Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound sales calls to business owners and decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and scheduling demos for our sales team.

This is a phone-heavy role that requires confidence, persistence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities:

Make 100+ outbound calls daily to business owners and decision-makers
Prospect and qualify leads within the automotive, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and home service industries
Schedule qualified appointments and demos for our sales team
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and SMS
Accurately document all activities and notes within our CRM
Handle objections professionally and effectively
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified appointments
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals

Must-Have Qualifications:

Fluent English with a neutral or minimal accent
Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales development
Proven experience booking appointments for sales teams
Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar
Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet work environment
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling marketing services
Experience calling home service businesses
Familiarity with automotive repair shops
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and related industries
Strong objection-handling and gatekeeper-navigation skills
Experience working with U.S.-based companies

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate or monthly salary based on experience
