THE ROLE
We're looking for hungry, driven sales professionals who know how to start conversations and build pipeline. Whether you're a Lead Gen specialist, an outbound BDR booking meetings, or an SDR running full sequences — we want to hear from you.

SUB-ROLES WE'RE HIRING FOR
Lead Generation Specialist — list building, data enrichment, prospecting
BDR / SDR (Outbound) — cold email, cold calling, meeting setting
Sales Closer / Account Executive — demos, proposals, closing deals

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Building targeted lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Clay, ----------
Running outbound email and/or cold call sequences
Booking discovery calls and handing off qualified leads
Maintaining CRM records (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho)
Hitting weekly and monthly KPIs: leads sourced, meetings booked, pipeline generated

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1+ years in Sales, BDR, SDR, or Lead Gen supporting international clients (US/AU/UK)
Strong English communication — written and spoken
Proof of results: quota attainment, meetings booked, or revenue contributed
Comfortable with outreach tools, CRMs, and AI tools in your daily workflow
Reliable internet, own laptop, able to work US or AU business hours

NICE TO HAVE
Experience with AI prospecting tools (Clay, Apollo AI, ChatGPT for research)
GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
Background in SaaS, real estate, e-commerce, or agency sales
