Job Description

The Route Scheduler / Appointment Setter / Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating schedules, setting appointments, dispatching field personnel, and ensuring efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, excellent time management, and relevant experience in scheduling, dispatching, or appointment setting.

Responsibilities

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments with customers and clients.

Coordinate routes and optimize schedules for field staff or technicians.

Dispatch personnel according to daily assignments and priorities.

Communicate professionally with customers regarding appointments, updates, and service schedules.

Monitor schedules and make real-time adjustments when necessary.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer information.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages.

Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Route Scheduler, Appointment Setter, Dispatcher, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.

Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and scheduling tools.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection.

Customer service experience is an advantage.
